Role & responsibilities

• Meeting all statutory compliances under the provisions of Act, 2013
• Filing of all statutory forms & returns with Registrar of Companies
• Preparation of all resolutions, minutes for the Board/members meetings
• Research & Analysis of various applicable provisions under Companies Act, 2013
• Maintenance of statutory registers and documents under Companies Act, 2013
• Documentation and approvals for foreign remittances towards Foreign Direct Investments under FEMA laws
• Filing of statutory returns with Reserve Bank of India for foreign direct investments under FEMA laws
• DGFT documentation for Import Export Code (IEC) and FTWZ applications
• Documentations with regard to obtaining various registrations/licenses required for the operations of the business
• Drafting of various legal documents such as agreements, Bonds, NDA, Indemnity, Affidavits, corporate guarantees, power of attorney and business documents for operational purpose.

Preferred candidate profile
