Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - NPD - Materials

Role & responsibilities

• New product development
• Project Management and timeline adherence
• Child parts drawing study and manufacturing feasibility study
• Negotiation - tool & part costing, and commercial skill - RFQ, PO, LOI release
• Cost reduction through VA / VE
• APQP, PPAP, DVP
• Supplier assessment, selection & development
• Product inspection and clearance
• Bench marking,
• Capex flow - budget allocation
• ECN / SDN raising / ASN MRP running

Preferred candidate profile

• SAP knowledge (preferably MM module)is a must
• Knowledge in Problem solving techniques
• Exposed to IATF / TS 16949 / QS 9000 / ISO 9000 standards, TQM, PPAP & APQP compliance
• Knowledge in various manufacturing processes
• Knowledge in supplier base for various commodity (within India)
