Role & responsibilities

We are Looking CS who has experience in LISTED Company having around 3 to 10 years experience

1. Compliance with BSE Listing Regulations:

• Ensure strict compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR).
• Prepare and submit timely disclosures to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) regarding company announcements, financial results, and shareholding patterns.
• Filing of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual compliance reports with the BSE.

2. Board and Shareholder Meetings:

• Convene and organize Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings (AGM/EGM) as per the Companies Act, 2013.
• Draft minutes of meetings, prepare Board and committee resolutions, and maintain statutory records.
• Liaise with directors and shareholders to ensure effective communication and decision-making.

3. SEBI and BSE Queries:

• Address and respond to queries from SEBI and BSE in relation to compliance matters.
• Implement regulatory changes as per new amendments to SEBI LODR and other applicable regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Associate/Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Knowledge of SEBI guidelines, BSE compliance portals, and MCA filings is essential.
• Experience in listed company /Public Limited
