Full Stack Developer - .Net/Javascript (3-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Full-Stack Development : Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using .NET6+, C#, JavaScript, and Web APIs.

- Front-End Development : Lead front-end development, preferably using Vue.js, to build responsive and user-friendly web applications.

- Agile Practices : Work in an agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily standups, and collaborative work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and solutions.

- Architecture & Design : Participate in the design and architecture of new features, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.

- Code Reviews & Best Practices : Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.

- Troubleshooting & Debugging : Identify and resolve issues in the development process, addressing bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical challenges.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to deliver the best solutions.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends in development technologies and methodologies, continuously improving development processes and tools.

Must-Haves :

- Experience : At least 8+ years of hands-on development experience in .NET6 or higher, C#, JavaScript, and Web APIs.

- Front-End Expertise : At least 3+ years of hands-on front-end development, preferably with Vue.js, but experience with other modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) is also valuable.

- Agile Development : Strong experience working in Agile environments, demonstrating the ability to adapt to a fast-paced development cycle.

- Web Application Development : Proven experience in building scalable and high-quality web applications.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to find efficient solutions to complex issues.

- Version Control : Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.

- Strong understanding of unit testing and integration testing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
