Full Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js/Javascript (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and delivery of UX and UI SaaS applications, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with product management and design teams to translate business and user requirements into technical solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.

- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards in software development, UX/UI design, and engineering processes.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and identify opportunities for skills development and growth within the team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product roadmaps, features, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in UX/UI design and software engineering and evaluate their potential application in our products.

- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance within the engineering team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 5+ years in building and managing the development of UX and UI SaaS applications.

- Strong technical background with expertise in front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks (e. g., React JS, Node JS, Angular, Vue.js ).

- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, UX research methodologies, and usability best practices.

- Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools (e. g., Aasana, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of engineers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and pragmatic solutions.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS architecture is a plus.

- Familiarity with backend technologies and web services (e. g., RESTful APIs, microservices) is desirable.

- Hands-on experience with Unit Testing (Jest, Enzyme and testing-library preferred)/ TDD

- Scripting and Automated Testing using Web Driver IO, Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD).

- Hands-on experience developing functional-based components and experience working in Hooks, Redux, Memo, and HOC.

- The back-end use of Node JS, Express JS, Mongo DB and Mongoose, the complete MERN Stack to provide Restful API.
