Role & responsibilities
Business Head - Beauty Equipment & Consumables - B to B Business - Trivandrum
- Developing and implementing Business Strategy for the B to B Business
- Overall responsibility for the profitability / P&L of the business
- Finalising product assortment, Developing list of vendors for procurement, Negotiating best terms, Pricing the products
- Marketing strategies and promotion activities for improving sales volume and profitability
- Developing category wise sales team and mentor them for business growth
- Networking capability with salons and institutes for bulk sales
Qualification
- MBA or Graduate with 10-15 years of experience in relevant field
Languages
- Languages proficiency - Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, English
Salary
- CTC-12 to 15 lakh plus variables
