Job Title : Management Trainees (Sales)

Experience : 0-1 Year

Location : Chennai/Bengaluru

Job Type : Full Time

What you'll do:

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to match their requirements
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service etc.) to streamline sales processes
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

About you:

• Prior Internship in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
• Master's degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent is preferred
