Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into opportunities. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning AscenWorks solutions effectively. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the technology services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and generate sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track sales activities.
- Present and explain company products and services, including SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI, and EasyHR.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and product demos to engage potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for new client acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT or technology services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and articulate their value to clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
