Senior Technical Support Engineer L2 (Trend Micro)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Technical Support Engineer who can individually handle Antivirus Management, Server Security and XDR Solutions.

What you'll do:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot the Trend Micro Apex One and Deep Security solutions
• Perform regular health checks, upgrades, and updates for Trend Micro solutions
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint and server security incidents effectively
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting network and server-related issues
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for escalations and problem resolutions

About you:

• 5+years of hands-on experience in Trend Micro Apex One and Deep Security
• Hands on experience in managing Windows servers, Linux servers etc.
• Good communications skill to handle with customer of our different regions
• Good working knowledge on MS-Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
• Excellent communication skills and willing to travel outstations
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certification in CCNA/CCNP with any bachelors degree would be a plus
