Technical Specialist

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Implement Firewall and Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption solutions at client sites.

• Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for Firewall and Endpoint Encryption

issues.

• Deliver remote and onsite client support, offering optimal security solutions.

• Manage case escalation to the technical team as needed.

• Oversee installation and configuration of Firewall Endpoint Encryption Servers and

SQL DBs.

• Support enterprise antivirus solutions, including server installation, agent package

creation, and DLP policy management.

Skills:

• Extensive experience with Firewall and Trend Micro products.

• Strong skills in Endpoint Encryption and antivirus support.

• Effective problem-solving and client communication abilities.

• Relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate or 12th + 3 years diploma(Essential)

• Technical Graduate(Desirable)
