Technical Support Engineer responsible for providing support to international clients through Email, Chat & Phone channels.
Requirements
Good Communication skills (Exposure to international customers)
Capable of handling tickets (Email, Chat & Phone channels)
*Experience in supporting Cyber Security product
*Experience in supporting RMM product
Strong knowledge on Windows, Mac & Linux operating system
Willing to work in rotational shifts (Mostly Night shift)
Ability to do multitasking
Ability to work in highly competitive environment
