Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead real estate projects from start to completion. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and coordination to ensure quality, safety, and budget control. The candidate will oversee project execution, stakeholder management, site supervision, and financial oversight while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibility:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project feasibility, risk assessment, and cost estimation.
• Ensure projects are executed as per design specifications, legal regulations, and company standards.
• Lead and mentor the site team, engineers, and contractors to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and government authorities for smooth project execution.
• Facilitate effective communication between various internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and adherence to safety norms.
• Ensure high-quality construction practices, materials, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Address site challenges and provide technical guidance to resolve issues efficiently.
• Enforce site safety measures, security protocols, and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential hazards.
• Approve contractor bills, material procurement, and project-related expenses.

Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business Administration. A Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of real estate development.
