Senior Engineer MEP

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications for MEP works.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  
• Develop detailed designs for HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical installations, and other MEP services.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (MEP).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials science, and project management principles.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for design purposes.
