Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members, fostering a positive and results-driven environment.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans that align with the companys overall business goals and revenue targets.
    • Identify key growth opportunities in the real estate market and develop tactics to capitalize on them.
    • Set clear sales objectives for the team and monitor progress, adjusting strategies as needed to stay on track.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Take an active role in high-value sales negotiations and closures, providing expert guidance and ensuring optimal contract terms for both the company and the client.
    • Oversee post-sale client engagement, ensuring excellent after-sales service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer demands.
    • Lead efforts to explore and enter new markets, contributing to the company's expansion and market share.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with industry professionals, brokers, and other stakeholders to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
    • Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring it is efficient, effective, and client-centric, from initial lead generation through to property closure and handover.
    • Implement a structured approach to lead management, ensuring that no potential opportunity is missed and that leads are effectively followed up.
    • Track and report on sales progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing the sales process.
    • Regularly forecast sales numbers and set realistic goals for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, outlining performance, achievements, and areas for growth.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and online presence that support sales goals.
    • Collaborate with operations, legal, and project management teams to ensure smooth and seamless project delivery and client experience.
    • Attend and support property events, open houses, and exhibitions to boost sales visibility and generate leads.
    • Ensure that the sales team stays within budget and effectively allocates resources to maximize revenue.
    • Establish sales targets and quotas for the team, ensuring targets are realistic and achievable based on market conditions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced certifications in real estate are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial sales role.
    • Proven success in managing a sales team and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire others.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to close high-value deals effectively.
    • A high level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients and colleagues.
    • Ability to analyze market data and sales performance to adjust strategies as needed.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
