Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced certifications in real estate are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial sales role.
Proven success in managing a sales team and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
