Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution Oversee project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Client Coordination & Meetings Act as the key point of contact for clients, handling meetings, site visits, and progress updates.
Site Management & Supervision Regularly visit sites to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality & safety standards.
Team & Vendor Coordination Work closely with contractors, site engineers, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
Budgeting & Cost Control Track project costs, optimize resources, and prevent cost overruns.
Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to IS Codes, NBC, and industry best practices.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving Identify potential risks and proactively resolve site challenges.
Reporting & Documentation Maintain project reports, documentation, and status updates for stakeholders.

Requirements

10-15 years of experience in industrial/commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, materials, and project management tools.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project

Experience in handling contractors, consultants, and site teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and client expectations.
