Senior Structural Engineer

Experience:10+ Years (Preferably in Industrial/Commercial Projects)
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/B.E in Civil/Structural Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Structural Design & Analysis Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of structural systems for industrial and commercial buildings.

Design MEP/UTILITY Pipe rack Structure

Design and review the PEB Buildings (IS CODE & AISC &ASCE)
Post-Tensioning (PT) Design Expertise Extensive knowledge of post-tensioned slabs, beams, and structural systems.
Advanced Software Proficiency Utilize STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Revit for structural modeling and analysis.
Material Selection & Value Engineering Ensure cost-effective, durable, and innovative solutions in steel, RCC, and PT structures.
Compliance & Code Standards Ensure adherence to IS Codes, NBC, ACI, and other relevant international standards.
Project Coordination & Leadership Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and site engineers, ensuring seamless execution.
Team Leadership & Mentoring Guide junior engineers, review designs, and enhance team expertise in structural engineering.
Site Visits & Inspections Oversee site execution, troubleshoot structural challenges, and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in structural engineering/civil engineering (preferably industrial/commercial projects).
Strong expertise in Post-Tensioning (PT) Design for slabs and beams.
Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
In-depth knowledge of steel, RCC, and hybrid structural systems.
Ability to review, approve, and validate structural drawings & calculations.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
