Department: Projects
Reports to: Head Projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Construction of new age Office Buildings including Interiors, Landscaping, etc
- Implementing complete Project scope for Civil, Office interiors, HVAC with the implementation of good practices including Quality, Timeline, and safety.
- Administrative capability to handle all Project related activities at site
- Scheduling and Planning of Project Task
- Pushing the Vendor to achieve deadlines
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making at Site level
Technical Skills:
- Civil Engineer with architectural knowledge of Commercial Buildings and Offices .
- Strong knowledge of Civil and interior
- Site In charge experience with the capability of handling a complete Project lifecycle
Educational Qualification: BE - Civil
Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the construction of Office/commercial buildings, and malls
