We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Inside Sales Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales growth. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and support the sales process.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Technical Support: Offer technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering technical inquiries.
Sales Process: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver proposals, quotes, and technical documentation. Assist in negotiating terms and closing deals.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts. Support lead generation activities and follow-up strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to effectively position our solutions.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Provide insights and feedback to help refine sales strategies
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
Strong technical knowledge related to manufacturing, software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and drive sales growth.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
