Job Description


Finance/ Business


  • Prepare the training policy in accordance with the business needs and position learning as a value proposition.
  • Closely work with the unit heads and functional heads and understand the training needs of the team and develop suitable competency based training programs to increase the productivity of the employees.
  • Prepare the training budget for both internal training and external training through vendors by assessing the benefit to the organization as an outcome of the training.
  • Facilitate a robust e-learning module for both behavioral and functional competencies to reach out to a larger audience in a more timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Evaluate and determine the return-on-investment for the specific training programs before adopting and implementing them.
  • Propose leadership development strategies and initiatives for manager and above level, which involves design, build and delivery of programs aligned to key business strategies.
  • Conducts industry benchmarking for best practices and evaluates for adoption as relevant (relevance, cost and ROI)
  • Conduct training impact study to identify gaps and plug-in thru course corrections
  • Create knowledge management database of training function

People


  • Partner with the functions to build entire development plan for each Role
  • Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions to build training skills for the managers to further train their teams and own and drive the changes for their teams subsequently
  • Deliver both classroom and On the Job trainings as per the clearly stated learning objectives by the HODs in a standardized manner to adhere to agreed timelines, quality and budget
  • Help bring out the expected deliverables in the employees through regular and sustainable programs and assessments
  • Devise training plan for developing internal trainers.
  • Ensure all employees participate in training workshops for at least ____ no. of days in a year

Customer


  • Interact with the customers to understand their expectations from the employees
  • Achieve standardization of unique customer experience through consistent behavior by the employees across the units by appropriately training them
  • Assess competences of various vendors, identify and finalize the vendors, and work with them closely to design/ customize the training programs and coordinate the delivery

Operations


  • Implement e-learning methods wherever possible?
  • Conduct induction programs
  • Facilitate the functional trainings
  • Obtain required approval and coordinate with the purchase department to raise the POs and with the Finance department to release the payment to the vendors
  • Visit the units across the organization, time to time, to meet the UHs and HODs to understand the training needs of their teams and get their buy-in for the required trainings
  • Build a robust training dashboard

Educational Qualifications: MBA

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience. Fair understanding of Health Care industry
  • Knowledge of the entire training lifecycle and adult learning principles and leadership coaching skills

  • Relationship management
  • Knowledge of traditional and latest training methods

  • TNA -Through BEIs with UHs/ HODs, FGDs, meeting managers and employees, surveys / appraisals
