Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage employee grievances and welfare activities to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, strategies, and procedures aligned with the hospitals objectives.
• Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and analyze HR data to identify trends and drive improvements in HR operations.
• Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave administration.
• Oversee administrative functions, including facility management, vendor coordination, and general office operations.
• Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and performance.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Must have experience in both HR & Admin roles.
• Industry Background: Must be from the Hospital/Healthcare industry.
• Recruitment Expertise: Should have hands-on experience in hospital recruitment, including hiring for medical and non-medical staff.
• Statutory Compliance: Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR legal requirements within the healthcare sector.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage HR initiatives effectively within a hospital environment.
