Key skills for the job
B.com Graduates/Dip in HR & IR with 8-10 years of total experience, of which over 3 years experience in Mall or hotel industries having outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, influencing and communication skills. You will also responsible for payroll administration, Contractor staff payroll, HR policies, maintaining attendance and Leave records, maintenance of books of accounts, update insurance coverage for employees and books of shop and establishment Act etc., compliance with all statutory requirements relating to ESIC, PF and Labor. Also handle administration work like HK, Vendor Management, Cafeteria, Security, Transportation, Events etc. Age: 35 to 45 years. Candidates staying between Bandra to Borivali would be preferred.
