Factory - Asst. Manager - HR/Admin- (Gujarat- Kalana)

Role & responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance:
   
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Bonus Acts.
• Handle inspections, audits, and statutory reporting.
• Maintain updated records as per government norms.
2. Factory Act Compliance:
   
• Implement and adhere to the provisions of the Factory Act.
• Manage safety, health, and welfare measures for workers.
• Coordinate with government authorities for periodic compliance checks.
3. Time Office and Attendance Management:
   
• Oversee daily attendance, leave management, and biometric systems.
• Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
4. Payroll Management:
   
• Handle salary processing, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure accuracy and timely disbursement of wages.
5. Labour Management:
   
• Address employee grievances and maintain harmonious labor relations.
• Oversee contract labor management and compliance with CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition) Act.
• Foster a productive work environment within the plant.
6. HR Administration:
   
• Maintain personnel records, including onboarding, exits, and performance documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 5-7 years in Factory HR and Administration.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration (MBA/PGDM preferred).

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws.
• Proficiency in payroll processing and time office management.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Preference will be given to outstation candidates.
