Experience: 58-years minimum experience in relatable field (3 years in Infrastructure field in Odisha only)

Age: 35+ (Male)

Salary- As per the Industry norms(30-50k)

Skills Required:

1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment for infrastructure positions, including engineers, project managers, and skilled labor.

2. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings.

3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking.

4. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience

5. Organize and attend job fairs, industry conferences, and networking events to promote open positions and the company.

6. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.

7. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively target potential candidates.

8. Attendance maintenance and office admin.
