Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Joining & Onboarding Formalities:
Facilitate end-to-end onboarding, including document verification, account opening, and email ID creation.
Maintain and update employee personal files.
2. Attendance & Leave Management:
Manage the attendance and leave system across all branches.
Ensure accuracy in records and timely processing of leave requests.
3. Compliance & Payroll Support:
Coordinate with consultants for timely PF and ESIC challan processing.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
4. Employee Database Management:
Maintain and update the employee database with strict confidentiality.
5. Employee Engagement & Communication:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Draft, design, and send festive greetings and HR-related communications.
6. Exit & F&F Management:
Oversee the full & final settlement and exit formalities for departing employees.
7. Asset Coordination & Administration:
Manage office assets, allocation, and coordination.
Handle administrative documentation efficiently.
