Job Overview

We are looking for a Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Raga On The Ganges

This is a full-time position based in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment at our tranquil mountain retreat on the banks of the Ganga

This is a junior-level position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in housekeeping.

Qualifications And Skills

Previous experience in housekeeping is required (1 to 3 years)

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail

Strong customer service skills

Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Roles And Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas

Dust, vacuum, and mop floors

Change bed linens and replenish towels

Ensure all amenities and supplies are stocked

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet guests' expectations

Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
