Manager/ Senior Manager - HR & Admin

A) Human Resource Management.

• Manpower planning, Recruitment of staff. / GET & arrange contractual labor on timely basis to each department
• Administer performance Review appraisal process & conduct performance appraisal process Review performance of GET / staff employees on regular basis once in a quarter. Assist in the development & implementation of performance improvement plans. Prepare JDKRA for employees & prepare annual increment proposal in discussion with GM( HR & Admin )
• Identify individual training needs & arrange training on regular basis (Internal & External) Prepare annual training calendar. Review training feedback, and take suitable call to address skill gaps in the work force & management staff.
• Identify & develop specific high potential employees for critical roles in the organization in advance & carry out succession planning strategy in discussion with GM (HR ) for critical & senior positions in the Organization
• Maintain accurate records of all contractors & guide them for proper legal compliance that of ESICC & PF in stipulated time as per the deadlines of said laws & provide compliance details to HR department
• Team work building by taking suitable call on department wise to maintain morale of employees.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to address concerns and enhance employees morale..
• Provide regular reports to GM (HR ) on key HR and IR metrics , including employees performance, attendance, turnover rates.
• Prepare annual HR budget, trusts, counselling & coaches staff members. Review organization chart on quarterly basis & update the same on regular basis.
• Review about attrition rate & take suitable measures to minimize the same.

B) Industrial Relations, Time office & Health / Safety matters

• Ensure proper contract labor in all sections. Ensure contract labor compliance .& assist in negotiating labor contracts & review contract labor rates every year& put up rate revision proposal to management .
• Manage& resolve workplace disputes including grievances & disciplinary matters.
• Take suitable disciplinary actions on regular basis, show cause notices, charge sheet, and memos.
• Coordinate with Auditor, participate in audit & provide required data.
• Supervision of time office activities, salary & wage administration.
• Arrange safety & canteen committee meeting address health & safety related issues.

C) Employee Welfare & other Administrative activities.

• Supervision of safety / Fire safety activities / Issue suitable guidelines.
• Yearly GPA/ GMC/ WC/ Gratuity & other related policy renewal & supervision. Monitor various welfare schemes, suggestion schemes, & promote positive .environment & employees morale monitoring, reporting on workplace health & safety related issues & provide feedback & schemes to overcome the related issues..
• Handle medical insurance & associated activities (support in claim, submission of documents, settlement, and verification part) & support HR team
• Supervision of company transport, Guesthouse, canteen activities & take necessary steps as & when required.
• Supervision of security personnel & review security performance, issue suitable guidelines

Other responsibilities as when hand over by GM (HR & Admin) & Plant Head.
