Executive / Senior Executive - Employee Relations

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact for associates for HR related requirements and associate queries
• Implement various associate engagement initiatives.
• Ensure adequate communication with associates to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes
• Facilitating associate communication and provides a platform to raise their concerns and opinions through regular connects, HR Meetings, Skips and Coffee Meets with Leaders.
• Facilitating associate development, motivation, engagement and retention through employee development programs and various HR initiatives
• Improved associate Relations through associate counseling and mentoring
• Handle floor discipline and disciplinary requirements
• Provide feedback to the management on all HR issues and on company policies
• Management of Employee Lifecycle
• Act as a facilitator in resolving associates grievances. Maintain tracker and analyze the data to plan actions to minimize the grievances.
• Support process audit by providing require artefacts

• Associate Focus able to respond quickly and positively to associate demands
• Flexibility and Adaptability – able to feel comfortable in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and rise to the challenge when new areas of work present themselves
• Teamwork - able to work with different teams and develop strong effective working relationships within and cross functional teams
• Communication - able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Level of Supervision - able to work proactively and on own initiative without detailed guidance and ability to think through problems logically
• Good on MS office – power point, excel, etc

Experience required:

• Over all 2+ years of HR experience & Min 1 year of BHR experience in BPO industry is must.
