Job description

Job Summary: The Team Leader (TL) of HR Recruitment is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to finalizing selections. The role demands leadership in managing recruitment strategies, handling job postings, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, and ensuring the best talent is brought on board in alignment with the organization's workforce goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
    • Source and attract candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.).
    • Create and post job advertisements on job portals and company website.
  • Screening & Interviewing:
    • Conduct initial screening of applications and resumes.
    • Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
    • Organize and conduct interviews for potential hires.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and selection.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements.
    • Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job specifications.
    • Coordinate with HR and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain recruitment databases and records of candidate profiles.
    • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics (time to hire, sourcing channels, etc.) to senior management.
  • Experience:
    • Min 3+years of experience in Bulk Hiring recruitment & handling team from atleast last 1 year.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software and job portals.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attributes:
    • Detail-oriented and organized.
    • Proactive and driven to meet hiring goals.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile Should be from BPO Bulk Hiring background
