Employee Relations - Manager / Senior Manager

Job description

Extensive work experience in Employee Relations (ER), working in a large BPO, The position will require the person to be involved in Employee Retention, ER matter investigations, Employee Engagement, Disciplinary Procedures and actions, Anti-Sexual Harassment matters, etc. The successful candidate will need to be focused on Radical Minds commitment to compliance and integrity and maintain a high ethical standard for both employee treatment and business operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Post Graduate in HR, with about 8+ years of experience performing duties similar to those outlined above with min 5 years experience as Employee Relations Manager in BPO.
• Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills, listening and problem solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in partnering with legal resources to resolve complex and sensitive ER issues.
