Dialer Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated VoIP Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asterisk, dialer systems such as Vicidial/GoAutoDial, and extensive experience with Linux systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage, monitor, and maintain our VoIP infrastructure while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Candidate Profile:-

-Proven experience in managing Asterisk and dialer systems such as Vicidial/GoAutoDial.

-Strong understanding of Linux server administration.

-Hands-on experience with Apache server management.

-Proficiency in WebRTC and real-time communication technologies.

-Knowledge of database management and replication techniques.

-Familiarity with SIP/PRI configurations and networking troubleshooting.

-Ability to manage IVR systems and call campaigns effectively.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
