Customer Care Executive ( Female Preferred )

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases to introduce products or services.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Lead Generation: Qualify prospects and generate leads for the sales team by identifying potential customers and capturing accurate information.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, setting up meetings, or following up with leads.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products or services to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions to customers.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call targets and sales goals.
• CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records and interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
• Proficient in using phone systems and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Attributes:

• Previous experience in a call center or telesales role in real state.
• Friendly and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred ( Hindi, English, Marathi).
