Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Inbound)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi with any of the one language ( Telugu, English & Tamil , English & Malayalam, English & Kannada. )
• Rotational shifts (6 days working, with a rotational week off).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Salary: ₹17,000 - ₹22,000 CTC (based on experience).

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and process accounts.
• Generate sales leads from incoming calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
