Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled UltiPro Specialist to manage and maintain the UltiPro HRIS system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of employee information.
This role is essential in supporting the HR department by handling system administration, data analysis, troubleshooting, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR technology, system administration, and reporting, with the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
UltiPro System Administration & Maintenance :
- Administer and maintain UltiPro HRIS, ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in collaboration with IT.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security.
Data Management & Reporting :
- Generate, analyze, and interpret HR reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and validations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics.
User Support & Training :
- Train HR staff and employees on UltiPro functionalities and best practices.
- Serve as the first point of contact for UltiPro-related queries.
- Develop user guides and documentation to enhance system adoption.
Collaboration & Compliance :
- Work closely with the IT department to resolve technical issues and implement system updates.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc. ) and company policies.
- Assist in configuring system workflows, approvals, and automations to optimize HR processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in UltiPro HRIS system administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, data management, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in HR data analytics and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Experience in system troubleshooting, user training, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations related to HR and data privacy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with UltiPro API integrations and system customizations.
- Knowledge of SQL queries and HR data extraction techniques.
- Experience in HR process optimization and automation.
- Familiarity with HR best practices, payroll, and benefits administration.
