Position : Assistant Manager HRIS

Experience: 2-5 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Manager to manage our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and enhance the on boarding experience for new employees. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in HRIS management, on boarding, and employee engagement, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee records and data integrity.
- Manage HR data, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to improve system efficiency and functionality.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Onboarding & Employee Engagement:
- Manage and streamline the end-to-end onboarding process to create a positive experience for new hires.
- Conduct new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace culture.
- Act as the main point of contact for new employees, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Maintain on boarding materials, welcome kits, and training resources.
General HR Support:
- Assist in HR operations such as benefits administration, compliance, and payroll integration.
- Provide training and support to HR teams on HRIS best practices.
- Generate reports on HR metrics like turnover rates, employee engagement, and on boarding effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HRIS management, on boarding, and employee engagement.
- Working experience on Zing HR is an added advantage .
- Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR reporting tools.
