Job Role:

- The incumbent person will ensure the successful delivery of HR tech solutions including HCM.

- SuccessFactors champions the e-learning initiatives in the division and other automation solutions.

- The ideal candidate for this position should be a techno-functional expert with good knowledge of HR operations aspects, Learning and development, and benefits processes and experience implementing or supporting various tech systems related to HR, requirements capturing, configuration, data conversion, testing, statutory compliances, etc.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualifications: MBA Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges only.

- Experience Overall, 2-8 of experience in managing HRIS (preferably Success factors) and implementation of tech solutions

- Has basic knowledge of coding ex - HTML

- Experience working on multiple projects and with various stakeholders simultaneously.

Behavioural Skills:

- High level of Ownership with a strong result orientation approach
