Talent Acquisition Manager - Real Estate & Design Firm (4-8 yrs)

We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a premium real estate and design firm based in Whitefield.

This will be a 5-day, work-from-office role. They are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who can engage with hiring vendors and hire for positions in engineering, design, architecture, and BD roles. If you have solid TA experience, please apply.

1. Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the architecture, design, and real estate sectors.

2. Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish effective hiring strategies.

3. Source and engage with high-quality candidates through direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.

4. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including screening, interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, ensuring a strong cultural and professional fit.

5. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry networks, optimizing the talent pipeline.

6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including clear communication and timely follow-ups.

7. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment strategies, efficiency, and overall hiring processes.

8. Promote employer branding and assist in recruitment marketing initiatives to attract diverse talent.
