Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily Retail store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee sales floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer loyalty.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Marketing) to achieve business objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in retail management or related field only.
  
• Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
  
• Strong understanding of retail store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
