Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.

2. Sales and Customer Service:

• Set and achieve sales targets to drive store profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and handling customer complaints effectively.

3. Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff.
• Schedule shifts and manage staff performance to ensure optimal store coverage.

4. Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage orders to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

5. Visual Merchandising:

• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Create attractive displays to promote products and drive sales.

6. Financial Management:

• Manage the store budget and maintain financial records.
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.

7. Marketing and Promotions:

• Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to attract customers.
• Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote the store and its products.

8. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
