Job Description
- ESI and PF Management: Efficiently generate and manage ESI and PF accounts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and timely submission of related documentation.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and process employee salaries, ensuring accurate tax withholding and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, salary details, and benefits.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal recruitment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, such as health care, insurance, and retirement plans.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
