Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct preliminary screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates for further evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant metrics.
