Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review ongoing campaigns daily to identify and resolve performance concerns.
• Verify campaign lines scheduled for the upcoming weeks and adjust as necessary.
• Enhance campaign pacing and performance through actionable recommendations.
• Prepare weekly performance reports highlighting campaign metrics and reasons for underperformance.
• Handle BA-CM tickets to address flagged campaign issues promptly.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in campaign performance metrics (CTR, impressions, engagement). Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, Familiarity with advertising platforms, analytics systems, and campaign tracking.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on leading complex projects and initiatives.
• Flexible to work in rotational and swing shift.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
