Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for:

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Campaign Account Manager to oversee and manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, client communication, and performance analysis. As the key point of contact for clients, the Campaign Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all campaigns are executed smoothly and achieve client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of their business goals, challenges, and expectations.
  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop campaign strategies that align with client goals, budgets, and timelines. Translate client objectives into actionable plans.
  • Campaign Execution & Oversight: Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (display, social, search, email, etc.), ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversions), and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Reporting & Client Communication: Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance, including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure clients are updated on the status of their campaigns.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any challenges or issues related to campaign execution, delivery, or performance in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, ad operations, media planning, and analytics teams to ensure that campaign assets and strategies align with client expectations.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and campaigns remain within budget while maximizing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, account management, or digital marketing with a focus on client-facing roles.
  • Client Management Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Campaign Management Expertise: Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to manage and optimize campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign data and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to address client concerns and campaign challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure campaigns are executed correctly and meet client expectations.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, operations) to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and campaign results in a clear and concise manner.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in client needs, market conditions, and campaign requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising, email marketing, or content marketing is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
