Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather client requirements and feedback.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in existing client systems and processes.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of solutions.
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ERP and EMS industries.
• Provide industry insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and training sessions as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the ERP or EMS industries.
• Proven track record of successful client engagements and requirement gathering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP or EMS systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Client-focused mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
