Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to gather necessary documentation for credentialing and re-credentialing.
• Review and verify practitioners' qualifications, licenses, and certifications to ensure validity and accuracy.
• Monitor expirations of credentials and initiate timely renewals to maintain active status for providers.
