Hiring for AI Tutors

Currently, we are looking to hire individuals for the position of AI tutors. If you hold a bachelors degree, enjoy working with technology, and possess a strong command of the English language, we invite you to become part of our diverse team on an exciting journey to contribute to the next significant breakthrough in AI.

For this current requirement, we are only considering individuals who have already graduated.

What youll do:

• Craft clear, concise, and compelling prompts to effectively train AI models.
• Record diverse everyday interactions while performing tasks on different mainstream apps and platforms.
• Evaluate the quality of output of AI models and provide constructive feedback on their improvement against set benchmarks.
• Extensively annotate existing and new datasets as and when required.

Key Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in critical fields such as language, natural sciences, and social sciences; or in technical fields such as engineering, computer science, or journalism.
• A strong command over the English language, with the ability to communicate in professional as well as informal tones.
• Outstanding communication skills with critical, analytical and organisational capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to think clearly.
• Ability to competently navigate multiple information resources and databases.
• Ability to exercise autonomous judgement, especially when navigating challenging situations.

You are a good fit if:

• You are a fast and adaptive learner willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• You are familiar with the UI/UX of mainstream softwares in different fields and can navigate them with ease
• You possess experience in technical writing, journalism, or a professional writing setting.
• You are curious about the GenAI space or about technological advancements and innovation in general, and are excited to contribute toward the same.
• You enjoy thinking out of the box and innovating, but are also excellent in following instructions when required.
