Job Title: Manager/Assistant Manager – 401K Retirement Process
Job Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts : Rotational Night shifts

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Assistant Manager to oversee a team handling 401K Retirement Processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retirement services, including Payroll, Distributions, Reconciliations, New Business, Calculations, Reports, Negative Balances, and Compliance Services. The candidate must have hands-on experience in at least three of these processes and demonstrate excellent leadership, client management, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on daily operational matters.
• Ensure seamless execution of 401K processes, including Payroll, Distributions, Reconciliation, New Business, Calculations, and Compliance Services.
• Disseminate client updates to the team and ensure proper implementation.
• Manage query resolution, quality assurance, and adherence to SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with retirement industry regulations and internal policies.

Team Management:

• Lead a team of 10-15 members, ensuring high performance and motivation.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to enhance process efficiency.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and accurate support.
• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure transparent communication with clients and address their requirements effectively.

Self-Development and Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Participate in training programs, team activities, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Drive initiatives for process automation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Relevant Graduation
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in the retirement industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of Defined Benefits, 401K, Pension Retirement claims, US Pension Retirement accounts, and Insurance Claims.
• ERP Systems: Relius and supporting tools
