RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Studio Manager for Creative Communications team to join in Chennai

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for nurturing and growing the creative design team’s capabilities, competencies and deliverables at a strategic client level. Provide both technical as well as design assistance in high-end critical projects. Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to scope, estimate and deliver projects with high quality and creativity
• Create client driven project deadlines, project goals, expectations and work- flows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery
• Manage and maintain the overall design quality of the teams, work closely with key individuals on critical projects across marketing collateral designs, presentations, illustrations
• With a proactive mindset, handle team responsibilities independently without senior support
• Identify skill improvements within the team and facilitate training programs
• Stay abreast of new technologies and workflow tools
• Assist internal stakeholders in reviewing, estimating, planning new opportunities (RFPs) and large adhoc projects

Requirements for this role include:

• 10+yrs of experience in ad agencies/ design studios/ publishing house
• Strong understanding of digital marketing creative workflows
• Expertise in UI/UX principles for digital ads, emailers, webpages and basic knowledge of animation techniques and formats
• Technical proficiency in multiple design tools
• Good understanding of design process
• Effective planning and decision making skills
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with project management platforms (Jira, Asana, Workfront, Monday.com)
