Executive Manager Studio

The Executive Manager for Studio will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the studios operations, including production management, team leadership, and strategic planning. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in studio management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive creative projects from concept to completion while ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the studios operational strategy in alignment with the companyvision and goals.
  
• Production Oversight: Manage the production process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team, including producers, directors, designers, and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  
• Budget Management: Oversee the studios budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial discipline.
  
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline studio operations by implementing best practices, optimizing workflows, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  
• Vendor and Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful project outcomes.
  
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of studio projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

  Qualifications:
  
  • Education: Bachelordegree in Film, Media Production, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterdegree is a plus.
    
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in studio management, with at least 1 years in a senior leadership role.
