Job Description:
Job Title: Assistant Manager - Sales & Specifications.
Location: Gurgaon & Delhi.
Education & Experience: BE/BTech graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience (MBA is an added advantage).
Product Portfolio: Mineral Wool Insulation - Glasswool & Stonewool (used for thermal, acoustic, and fire safety applications).
Job Purpose: This is a techno-commercial role responsible for driving sales through a combination of specification & project-based selling along with channel management in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets for the assigned region.
- Project-based sales - Identify, track, and convert industrial and building segment projects into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Consultants & Architects to specify Saint-Gobain Insulation solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations & provide support to customers.
- Work with system providers (drywall companies, roofing & insulation contractors, HVAC contractors) to offer techno-commercially viable solutions.
- Channel management - Expand and develop new channel partners.
- Drive market development activities, including trade shows and presentations.
- Lead business development efforts through geographical expansion.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure execution of the business strategy.
