Branch Manager - Banking (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Assume full financial accountability for all branch operations, including expenses, wages, and asset management.

- Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for operational improvement and implement data-driven plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive weekly report that provides valuable insights into branch -operations and sales performance.

- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and development, to build a skilled and motivated team.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that empowers employees to excel and contribute to the branch's success.

- Represent the branch at company meetings and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of demonstrably successful experience in a management or supervisory role.

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving performance targets.

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
